About Us
At Paul F Gill Training & Consultancy, we specialise in delivering high-quality, engaging, and accredited training across the UK. With over 8 years of professional training experience, combined with frontline emergency care expertise, we offer a reliable, ready-to-go freelance solution for training centres looking to expand or enhance their course delivery.
Led by Paul, a seasoned Urgent Care Lead and certified trainer with a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) and Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), we bring a practical, hands-on approach to all courses, ensuring learners gain real-world knowledge and skills. Paul is FREC 4 qualified, a Breakaway and De-escalation Trainer, and has extensive clinical and operational experience from both healthcare and technical sectors.
Secondary to training, Paul also offers Internal Quality Assurance services if required.
